Shipping

What do you ship? All products are shippable.

When do you ship? Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt of the order. Weekends and Holidays are not considered as business days or shipping days. Shipping date does not reflect delivery date.

What is your free shipping policy? Offer applies to purchases of $75 or more on all items our site. Free shipping will be calculated during the check out process. Gift cards, store credit, taxes and shipping and handling charges will not count towards the qualifying amount.  Free shipping valid for continental US. Not applicable to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, International or APO/FPO addresses. Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping (5-7 Bus Days) and does not include Express or Overnight shipping.

Where do you ship to? We only ship within the Continental U.S. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, International or APO/FPO addresses.

How do you ship? Shipping is via USPS.

Rates to ship? Rates are based on a flat rate, regardless of weight or quantity purchased.

·         U.S. Standard (5-7 Bus Days): $8.00

·         U.S. Express (2-3 Bus Days): $15.00

·         U.S. Overnight (1 Bus Day): $25.00

How to track an order that's been shipped? Customer is sent tracking via email address provided.

Is there a store pick up option? Product can be picked up at: 22405 La Palma Ave. Yorba Linda, CA 92887 between business hours (Monday – Friday between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST)

Do you ship to a P.O. Box? Yes we do.

 

Return/Exchange Policies:

Are returns/exchanges allowed? Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  Please see below for more information on our refund/exchange policy?

What is your return policy? You can return unworn, unused items within 15 days of ship date for a refund, less the original shipping and handling fees. The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax, back to the original payment method. Please note that items received after 15 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange.  Please refer below to “How do I receive a refund or exchange an item?”

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information. Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.

What is your exchange policy? You can return unworn, unused items within 15 days of ship date for an exchange. We will send you the requested item at no shipping charge to you.  Please refer below to “How do I receive a refund or exchange an item?”

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.

Please allow 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.

How do I receive a refund or exchange an item? BEFORE sending back item(s), please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. This will allow us to be better prepared for the arrival of your shipment and process your refund/exchange quickly.  Any item received by CM Athletics without an RMA form will not be processed.  The RMA process will work the same if your purchase was made via a gift card.

How accurate are your colors?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

How accurate is your size chart? These measurements are approximate body sizes.  The actual size of each item may vary by manufacturers.

 

Ordering/Payment Information

Once I place an order, will I receive a confirmation? You should receive an automatic order acknowledgement via email to the email address you provided during check-out. You should also receive a ship confirmation via email once your order ships. This email will provide you with a tracking number, when applicable. If you have any questions, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Can I order by phone/mail? While mail orders are not accepted, we do accept orders via phone. Please contact us at 855-CMapparel to place all phone orders.

Can I order at your physical location? Yes. We accept cash and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) only.

What are your payment methods? For added security, all orders placed on www.CMathletics.com are processed through PayPal which accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

What if I don’t have a PayPal account? A PayPal account is not required. You may still purchase through PayPal as a guest.

What is a CVV number? The CVV number is a security code which merchants use to ensure that the cardholder is actually placing the order. On MasterCard and Visa cards, the CVV number is a three-digit code located on the back of the card, usually on the signature line. On American Express cards, the CVV number is a four-digit code on the front of the card, located right above the credit card number.
